In support of our goal to create visible support within the Fox Chapel Area community, particularly for our LGBTQIA+ youth, we will introducing two iniatives in 2024:  FC Pride Lawn Signs and Teacher Pride Ambassador Packs. 

Purchase an FC Pride Lawn Sign

Lawn signs will be available for advance order through May 1st.   Each purchase will fund a Pride Ambassador Pack filled with FC Pride stickers, magnets, pins and other items for teachers and educators. You may nominate a teacher to receive an Ambassador Pack or request one for yourself here through 5/1.

Pride Ambassador Packs

Our teachers and educators make a HUGE and LIFE-SAVING impact for LGBTQIA+ and questioning youth by creating safe spaces that respect and affirm all student identities. 

To help teachers show visible support for their students and thank them for being allies and advocates, we’re offering FREE Pride Ambassador Packs filled with goodies from FC Pride to teachers and educators in our community. The Ambassador Packs will be funded through the sale of FC Pride Lawn Signs. 

Teachers can request their free Ambassador Pack through 5/1. Because supplies may be limited, priority will be given to teachers and educators within the Fox Chapel Area. However, we hope to fill ALL requests. If you’re a teacher from a nearby community, or you live here but teach elsewhere, and you want to show visible support for your LGBTQIA+ students, we want to support you! 

Ambassador Packs will be available to pick up at Spark Books during regular business hours beginning May 15 (we will email when the Ambassador Packs are ready). FCASD teachers may opt to have their Ambassador Pack delivered to their school.
